" Hi! I'm Glamor Photographer, Joey Gunz. You can check me out on-line at www.joeygunz.com. Today I will be bringing you part 3 of our 16 part photo tutorial in conjunction for Expert Village. Today's topic is about light. If you want to improve your photography, all you have to do is know your light. Think about it. What color is the light in your bathroom or in your office or here on the studio set. See different light sources have different color temperature. Now it's technical and I won't get into it but understand this, fluorescent lights you have in your office tend to have a greenish kind of hue or have a greenish cast. The lamps in your living room they tend to give some orange cast, kind of like the hot lights here in our studio. When you go out in the sun, you get a very similar kind of orangest cast with those lights and flash, like the flash on your camera tends to give you a blueish kind of white light. As you go through your next day, look around and see how the light makes shadow, pay attention to the color cast that it makes and whenever possible anytime you have a photo opportunity always start with your light source. This photo tip was brought to you by Joey Gunz @ joeygunz.com. You can check us out on-line any time you like and thank you for visiting Expert Village."
