"Some of the questions we get from customers nowadays especially starting off is, "Is it better to buy a used boat over a new boat?" And we sell both of them so it really depends on what the customer is looking for and what's out there. A used boat is not a bad deal for a first time buyer if it's in their price range; it's something that works for their budget. One thing you got to be careful about on a used boat is you could be buying someone else's problems. And that's something you don't want to start off with. Because say you saved five to eight thousand dollars up front from buying a used boat to a new boat and you have more expense in that and someone else's problems, really you're upside down in that decision. So you really want to make sure you're getting a boat that comes from a qualified dealer or someone that has service records or a boat that looks clean. There's actually marine surveyors out there that you can pay to come and survey a boat and make sure they value it and appraise it before you actually purchase it. So that is something that is highly recommended before you purchase a used boat. Now buying a new one which is nice, it comes with a warranty. Every used boat we sell here pretty much is as is. Once it comes off the lot that's your boat. If it has problems on it you are responsible for it. Now when you purchase something new, they're going to come with the factory warranties which we talked about. And that's going to be sometimes lifetime, two to six years on the motor and drive. And that's unlimited hours. So you can use it from fifty to six hundred plus hours and two to five years and still be covered for under the manufacturer. Which is something that is very nice also."
