" I’ll take some fresh water and pour it in, knock the bubbles loose and pour it out. Then I want to take my Hypo Clear or Orbit Bath or some washing aid, pour it in depending which one you use anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes and I would suggest that agitating it; some even recommend constant agitation, then you pour that out and that goes down the drain and that is one time use. Using a washing aid like Hypo Clear, Kodak’s Hypo Flow clearing agent or orbit bath, will reduce the amount of time that you need to wash the film. You are going to need to wash this film for at least 5 minutes if not 15 minutes. Once you got it washed, then you are going to mix up some Photoflow which is a very dilute solution. I think it is 1 to 200; 1 part Photoflow to 200 parts of water. It’s just a surfactant. It’s just to keep the film from spotting as it dries. So you will mix up a container of that. You could use something like that even. Just mix up so much and then when you take your film off of the reel, you can take it off like this and dip it into the Photoflow and you are going to need to hang it up some place to dry."
