"Hi this is Jeremy on behalf of Expert Village. We're going to go ahead and teach you another three ball trick. This one is fairly simple; it's actually throwing under the leg. You use the same principles to throw it behind the back, it's a little bit more complicated, and we?ll stick with the throwing under the leg right now. The first thing we're going to do is we're going to use the three ball cascade that you learned in the first part. Once you're comfortable with that, because you're using a scooping motion, that's all you're going to do with your leg, is you're going to scoop it under your leg. You're going to lift your leg up and scoop it under and throw it. Now in order to do that, you're going to have to give yourself more time, so right before you throw this one, the ball from this hand that's going to come up, you're going to throw it a little extra high, to give your other hand a chance to go under and that ball to come up. It looks a little something like this. You throw the ball up and go under the leg. You try and do it without dropping, but that happens to everyone. You throw the ball up, go under the leg and keep on going. Now you can also, as you're doing it, throw the ball up, go under the leg and the next one you can actually kick up with your leg. And if you've warmed up and if you practiced a lot, it will look a little bit more graceful than that."
