"Hi. Jeremy here on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to continue to teach you how to juggle. We've moved from one ball, we're now going to use two. The exact same thing as we did with one ball, you've got to catch it on the outside, scoop down and throw it, but the thing is, as you throw it the ball goes up, it's going to peak, right about eye level if you threw it right, and then it's going to come down on the outside. As it peaks, that's when you throw this ball, on the outside, scoop down throw to the inside. Like this--peaks, throw the other ball. It's going to get a little bit confusing. You're going to try to watch both balls at the same time. As you get better, you actually don't have to watch the balls at all except with your peripheral vision. Go ahead and try it again, you go throw, scoop, throw, throw. And make sure as you do it, you usually, most people; I find start with their dominant hand and throw from there first. Make sure that when you get comfortable with your dominant hand you do it with your non-dominant hand. If you don't, once you try three, it's going to be very hard to do. So go ahead and start with your non-dominant hand, scoop down, throw, throw. Once you have both of those down and your confident, you're not running back and forth after the balls, you're catching a good at least three-fourths of them, you can go ahead and move on to three balls. Make sure that as you do each of these steps, never practice more than about fifteen minutes at a time without pausing and taking a five minute break so that your muscles can figure out what you're trying to do."
