"Hi, Jeremy here on behalf Expert Village. We are going to talk a little bit about juggling now. We are going to start with balls now most people when they think about juggling, when they they think about starting juggling thank about the scars. Scarfs are nice for teaching you the pattern but to be honest with you they take a lot of energy to juggle and to keep juggling and honestly I don't think that do that much to teach you a pattern. So I always suggest starting with balls. Now balls is one thing when you start with balls you are going to end up throwing the balls out. You are going to end up throwing them everywhere, you are going to end up spranging something if you are not careful. There are alternatives to starting out with a good show balls which you are going to end up destroying just learning how to juggle. One is very simple you can use fruit but once again a orange hitting a plate can break it. You can use socks, a pair of socks rolled up really really tight just make the sure they are clean from the laundry. You have to think about others. You can use like dog balls that you can get from regular stores, like this one is about 2 dollars it makes for a good one. Once again you have to be careful about breaking. You can make yourself your own set of beanbags I'm sure on Expert Village they can probably teach you to make beanbags. The last one you have your usual 4 color show balls. These are what I actually practice with but these are usually you that you can use for show. "
