"Normally they're going to be driving spades. Okay, one thing you're going to look for very carefully is to see if the king of spades comes out. If the king of spades doesn't come out then we're going to get down to that spear play thing, then we'll be able to determine if you can catch somebody with the king by itself. But let us suppose that the trick goes around to you, the king doesn't come out but the ace comes out. You're back to business. You've got to get rid of the king of clubs, so you keep driving the suit until you get rid of the king of clubs. If it comes out, fine. They lead another spade, you can duck that. If the king of spades comes out, maybe they don't have a third one; to boil it down to short matters. You're going to get rid of these two suits alright? Let's just say spades have gone around three times and now you have the choice, somebody, even if you're on lead at this point you don't have to worry about anything because, you bring it down to the deuce of spades and they're going to throw a heart on it. Why are they going to throw a heart on it? Because, somebody has to have four hearts. If you have only three and the suit is three, three, a fourth card will come up you'll take that and now, you play this, you don't mind a little bit of punishment and these two hearts will get you out of the hand to get rid of this. That's the typical approach. If you don't have the queen, you're going to be driving the queen. If you do have the queen you're going to be aiming to get rid of this, these side suits and then have the queen to be able to dump it on people. Plan the play, strip the hand and get it set up for the escape at the end."
