"The next thing we're going to do is take the small dibbles, and glue them to the ends of our sticks. The way we do this is we just take a drop of glue. Again, I'm using a rubber cement type of glue, but for this any type of glue, even a regular white glue would work. We put a drop inside the dibble, and then we go ahead, and stick it on the end of the stick. Now, it's important to use a dibble that should be measured properly, to make sure that it fits nicely onto the end of the stick. Once it's on, we're going to take the measurements of our plastic with the points of the end of the stick. Knowing the size of the sticks with the dibbles, we'll know the size of the plastic that we need to cut for the kite. Now, the dibbles will hold the stick in place on the plastic, and they'll also be used to put the string through that will be where the string is attached, the string that is actually the kite string, which is actually being held will be attached around those dibbles on the kite. So, that's really the purpose of using these dibbles. It gives a support for the sticks, and also gives us a place to tie the string around, once it's attached to the plastic. So I've now shown you how to take the dibbles, and attach them to the wooden sticks that are the support for the kite. "
