"After you've gotten a pretty clean single back cross out of the three club pattern, what you're probably going to want to do is learn how to do every throw as a back cross. Something like this. This is a very hard pattern. It takes a long time to learn. Like repeated months of practice. But, you can learn how to do it and then practice it on your own. So, what you have is your three club pattern, and you can throw a back cross out of each hand whenever you want. Work up to that first. Being able to throw a double spin back cross out of either hand whenever you want. Now, you're going to try and throw all of your hand, all of one hands throws as back crosses. Every throw out of my right hand will go behind my back. Something like that. Now for this you also want to vary your spins with this. Practice doing it with doubles and with singles. Like that and like this, with single spins. Practice this with both hands, and then when you want to pull it and turn it into a continuous pattern all you're going to do is make every throw a back cross throw. This is really hectic at first. They are going to go all over. You really need to think about your technique, keep the throws clean, keep the clubs pretty high on your back, and pull your hands forward afterwards so that you can make the catch. So double back cross pattern looks something like this. You want to keep your posture very clean. You want to look forward and you want to try to make it so you don't have to move to make your catches. Make the throws good enough that the catches just happen. Practice this a lot, and you'll get it."
