"In this video we're going to learn how to throw a triple throw. Now you should already have the very clean three club pattern. You should know how to go into double throws pretty consistently. As the name applies a triple throw is just like a double throw but it spins three times, like that. So now, to practice your triple throw, what I want you to do is make it a pretty high throw. I don't want you to just spin it really fast low, something like that. That will come later, that will take a little more practice. First I want you to control the height and throw it high enough so that it spins three times. Something like that. I want you to practice this throw with both hands, so that you throw and you get a clean three time spin. Just like that. Practice that until you get that pretty consistent. Then think about adding one into your normal three club pattern every once in a while. The way you do this, at first just juggle singles. Every once in a while throw a triple. You're going to have a lot of time just to sit there. Just work on that. Wait for the triple to come back down and try to get your throws as clean as possible so that the spin lands with exactly three. Then after you learn that pretty well, you can go on to throwing two in a row or throwing all of them in triples. Something like this. On its own that pattern is not that impressive. Mixing it up with doubles and singles is very impressive, however. So, first you need to learn how to control it and then you can throw in wherever you want. So you can go with single, some doubles, a triple and back. Mix all of those together until you can do it kind of just however you want and then you can incorporate that into your show."
