"In this video we're going to talk about learning the three club mills mess. Now to do this you obviously need to have a very clean three club pattern. You also have to have a very clean three ball mills nest. We went over this in an earlier video and it's a very classic. It's like an important trick, one you should learn. With clubs it's very different. Before you learn this I want you to clean up your three clubs. I want you to have a very clean reverse cascade with three clubs as well. Now to start we're going to learn this much the same way we learned the three ball mills nest. Have one club in each hand, cross one hand over the other and it will go something like that. Now what I want you to do is start with this with both sides. One with your right hand over the top and throw both to right side with your left hand over the top. Throw both to your left side. You need to practice this for quite a while until it's clean and you can control which way the clubs are going on either side so that they hit your hands correctly. Now to add the third club in. This is a pretty big step for a club juggler. Adding the third club in is hard with mills nest. You're going to start with your three club cascade and try to switch into mills nest the same way you would with falls and see if you can keep it going just like this. That's what it looks like for the three club mills nest. The problem is the spins will mess you up. You need to make sure when you're going into a reverse throw you throw with the spin across your body in a reverse way. A normal throw you throw across the normal way. So that when I'm throwing with my left hand back, the hand underneath I have the spin pointing in the direction the club is wanting to travel. This is just a pattern that requires quite a bit of practice to make it clean and if you know how the three ball mills nest works you should know how the three club mills nest works. It just takes practice to work it up to standard."
