"In this video we're going to talk about learning the reverse cascade with clubs. Now if you remember the normal cascade is just the normal three ball juggling pattern, like this. If you learned how to do a reverse cascade with balls, it's the same with clubs but of course you have to worry about your spin. A reverse cascade looks something like this...Now there's a subtle difference in the way I am throwing each club. When I throw a normal cascade, my hands are angled a little bit like this and the club spins like that, up this way. When I throw in reverse cascade I take my right hand, instead of angling it across my body, I angle it the other way and flick back, like that. So instead of spinning like this, up to this side, the club spins from here into the middle. So watch again, here's a normal cascade into reverse cascade. Now it's a subtle difference between the two. The switch is a good visual effect. People will notice the switch if you perform it, but also the reverse cascade helps you with a lot of other tricks with three clubs that integrate both reverse and the normal cascades into their patterns. Reverse cascade, something definitely worth practicing, worth making clean. It's a good three club pattern."
