"So in this video we're going to start talking about doing a back cross with four balls. Now if you remember when we did three balls, the back cross is just a throw from one hand, behind your back, to the other hand, something like this. You see that? I'm throwing from my right hand, behind my back, over my left shoulder, to my left hand, like that. But now, because you're juggling four balls, and they don't usually switch, you're going to have to mix up your pattern a little bit to be able to do that with four balls. One common way to do it is throw a 5, 3, something like that. What we are going to do, is we're going to make the 5 be the back cross, and then the 3 go right in front. So that's one way just to get the hands to cross without changing your pattern too much. So what we're going to do, we're going to do a number 4 ball pattern, throw a 5 behind our back, then a 3 in front, and then we'll go back in the 4 ball pattern. It will look something like this. So I was throwing one back cross in a four ball pattern. Now this will take some practice, you don't have a whole lot of time to make that back cross throw, but you still have to get it clean so you can drop back into four balls. Just practice it, work it in your pattern. Practice it with your left hand as well, do it both ways, and this will help you working on some of the more advance back cross patterns."
