"Now what we've worked up is this, which is the two ball version of it. After you have this really clean and you don't really ever drop, what you're going to have to do is add the third ball. Now what I want you to do is start with two balls in your strong hand, one in your weak, and you're going to have your strong hand crossed over top. Now instead of thinking about making two throws in a row, you really need to think very hard about making three in a row. It's going to look like something like this. There's going to be three throws from the left side of my body over to the right, something like this -throw, throw, throw. Now the last throw, that third one really has to come from underneath and cross over. Watch again -throw, throw, throw. You just need to practice that from both sides so start with your left as well, put two balls in your left hand, cross over top of your right, throw, throw, throw. Now what happens when you try and make this fluid, things fall apart. You really need to think about throwing three throws from each side of your body and you need to think about keeping your hands in this fluid motion, that will help you a lot. Here, if you watch the pattern, it's three throws from either side, and my hands follow a very fluid, figure eight sort of motion. So again, if you start with two balls in your strong hand, cross it over the top of your left, it will be three throws to that direction, then you switch, three throws to that direction and switch back again, something like this -one, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three. What you need to do is just practice this a lot. Try and keep it as clean as possible, keep your throws the same height, try not to get any collisions going on, and once you clean it up it should look something like this - the three ball Mill's mess."
