"Now what we're working on is just doing the pattern with two. So you start with one hand on top, throw and cross over. Now if you notice my hands are moving in circles, with one crossing over the other and back, like that. So if you look at this pretty closely, you need to try and just emulate this. It'll be the top hand, it'll throw, the other hand will follow it, throw, catch the first throw, and then your other hand will catch the second. So if you watch, like this, throw, throw, catch, catch. Now you really need to clean this up with two balls because adding the third one -it's pretty difficult. If you notice, if you keep this fluid, throw, throw, catch, catch, and back and forth, it'll be two throws to each direction, then you switch directions. So I'm throwing two to my left, then two to my right, then switching directions. Now you need to get that really clean and we'll move onto the next part in the next video."
