"So in this video we're going to talk about learning how to juggle Mill's mess. Mill's mess is one of the most famous juggling patterns. If there is such a thing as a famous juggling pattern, this might be it. I assume some guy named Mill came up with it a long time ago, I don't really know. But first, I'll show you what it looks like. Just start with our normal three balls. Mill's mess looks like this...I think it looks pretty sweet, hopefully you do, too. Now what's going on here though is pretty complicated. Each throw that I'm making is going the same height as these throws, but what I'm doing is crossing and uncrossing my hands in between every throw. Now when we learn to do this it'll take a couple of steps. The first thing you need to do is obviously have a very clean three ball pattern before you try this trick. Then what you need to do is start with two balls and you're going to cross your hands. If you're right handed, put your right hand on top, if your left-handed, put your left on top. So you're going to cross your hands like this and the throw would be a reverse throw out of your top hand and then followed by a normal throw out of your lower hand. So what happens is your hands turn over like this, and you throw like that. In the next video we'll keep going with Mill's mess and teach you more how to learn."
