"Here we're going to talk about just a few more four ball side swap patterns. Now another really common pattern in addition to the seven-three-three-three, is called seven-four-four-one. If you remember the three ball pattern called four-four-one, it's like this. Four, something like four, four, one, four, four, one. And now with this pattern, all we're doing is doing that underneath the seven throw instead of the three pattern. So it looks something like this. Seven, four, four, one. Now again, this is a good pattern to practice out of both hands. Work it with your right hand doing the seven throw and your left. My personal favorite four ball side swap is often called the tower or a seven-five-three-one. So what's happening here is I'm throwing a very high seven, then a five, then a three, then a one hand off. So theoretically, all of these throws should peak at the same point and fall back down. So I'll throw the first throw first, and catch that one last and so on down the pattern. To practice this, you just really need to divide your mind into each throw and make that seven, that five, that three and that one as clean as possible. Here's what it looks like. Again. You can see all the balls should technically be peaking at the same point, they're probably not quite there. But it's seven-five-three-one. Now again, this is also a good pattern to practice out of both hands. When you start moving at a five ball side swaps, there's the five ball analogy of this where it's just another ball thrown on top of the even. And it's a very good visual pattern. People really pick up on it when you throw that in a routine or a show. And people really tend to like it. So I recommend you practice that along with all the other four ball side swaps we've talked about."
