"Today we're talking about more four ball siteswaps. This would be the pattern 7333. Now for this, we're introducing the seven throw, which is pretty high. It's a very high cross, which should technically take seven beats. Working on very high drills is hard at first and switching between very high and very low drills can be pretty daunting. So you just have to keep practicing, try and clean up the high throws as much as you can, really get it to land right where it needs to go. And then everything should start falling together. So what 7333 looks like, is it's a really high throw out of your strong hand, then three low crosses and then you fall back into your normal pattern. Something like this. I'm juggling four, I'll throw a seven, three low crosses and then fall back in. Oh, almost missed that one. See if I can clean it up. Something like that, you see, 7333 and back into fours. Now this is a good time to learn to use both hands because once you move on to harder siteswaps, bigger siteswaps you're going to need to learn how to throw a seven out of each hand and get the timing just right. So just work on throwing sevens, three low threes and a seven again. And just try and clean that up as much as possible and it'll help you in the future."
