"How to do a throw with two balls in one hand -now this is very common to make other tricks work. What you can do is just throw one throw like that, then you have time to do whatever you want with your left hand, but right at the beginning we're going to learn just how to make that work. Now when you throw two in one hand, the throws don't cross like this, in your normal three ball pattern the throws are going side to side, when you throw two in one hand they don't do that, it goes up. So what you need to really think about is switching from the throw across your body to up, and throwing back outside of your body and back in. Now this is going to take quite a bit of practice. You need to make sure you try and practice it with both hands, switching both. Don't worry about that one yet, but what you can do with this when you get better at it is you can just switch into two in one hand, back and forth, make some cool patterns switching up the throws, and it will help us a lot in the future when we go onto harder tricks."
