"So now, after you've practiced your three ball pattern, that will help prepare you for four. After you've practiced two in one hand, for hours, maybe not hours, at least half an hour, something like that. What I want you to do is just add the fourth ball. Try and put it all together. Now we're going to start with your weak hand so that you really think about that first throw. So I'm right handed so I'm going to start the first throw with my left hand. It looks something like this. Now before you try and do that, what I want you to do is just make four clean throws and catch them all. Start with your weak hand and go throw throw throw throw and catch them all. Something like that. And work on that until you can get your throws as clean as possible. And you can get used to catching all four balls. And then, all you have to do is just keep going. This will take some practice. It probably won't be quite this clean at first. You're going to have to really think about controlling each throw and getting each hand working independently of the other. And you're going to have to learn how to split your vision a little bit so you can see all the balls that are in the air at once. So just keep practicing, just keep all the balls in the air, pick them up when you drop them, keep going and you'll learn how."
