"Alright, so now you have what you want to juggle. You have a more or less pretty clean three ball pattern. Now this pattern is actually called a cascade. There is several different kinds of juggling patterns and the name for this one is a cascade. In a future video I'll show you all the different kinds, but after you have your clean three ball cascade just like this, you're going to want to learn how to do some tricks. One of the first tricks that people learn is called over the top. It looks like that. Now, just watching me do it might not help you learn how to do it very well, but what happens is all the throws will still go pretty much the same height and they'll each cross hands, just the same as the normal pattern, but one of your throws will go over the other throws. Now what you want to do is you're going to practice just throwing outside from one hand to the other. One of the best ways to learn this is just go into your three ball cascade and think about throwing over the top of the other two, like that, again, and make sure you do it with both hands. This is a very important trick to learn with both hands, even your weak one. This is over the top."
