"Now when you're trying to juggle three balls, a lot of times what happens is things go into disarray. People will start lunging forward to make catches, reaching out to the side and then everything just kind of falls apart. So what I want you to do, it might seem silly to talk about posture when you're juggling, but it's absolutely necessary. It actually helps a lot. You want to be set up for every throw. You want to be in a natural position, with your feet about shoulder width apart and your back straight. You don't want to be leaning forward. If you're juggling like this, you don't want to be leaning into your pattern. You want to be standing here as straight as possible with your hands about ninety degrees at the elbow, sitting here right up front. Should be as natural as you can possibly make it. Now some other common problems that happen, when you make a throw that might go out a little bit, you lunge out to reach it. But then you want to make sure is you bring your hand back to the starting position before you make a throw again. So if you're juggling like this, throw way out here, and you're all confused, you throw from outside. Or if you throw from in front of where you usually throw, your throw is not going to line up right and you're just going to keep getting messed up worse and worse. What you need to do is for each throw, if you make a save, bring it back to the starting position and keep going."
