"So here we're going to start talking about preparing for learning the four ball fountain. Now the four ball fountain is the most common four ball pattern. Just to give you an idea it looks something like this. That's the four ball pattern, the four ball fountain it's usually called. To begin learning this, we're really going to have to isolate your right and your left hand. So what I want you to do is work on juggling two in each hand, like this, for a really long time, a very long time actually, until it's basically perfect, until you can do this and not really think about it. And then do that with your other hand and do it until you really don't have to think about it. Just juggling two in each hand, really clean. Because four balls is really just two in each hand at the same time. Now you can bring it back together and make it look cooler, but you got to remember it's really just juggling two in each hand at the same time, making those throws as clean as possible. So the first thing to work on is this, over and over and over again."
