"After you've mastered the pattern with two balls, throw, throw, catch, catch, throw, throw, catch, catch, you're ready to add the third one. Now what happens here is, you drop, a lot. It's what everybody does. It's hard to learn how to juggle three balls for the very first time. The pattern, when you actually get it down, will look something like this. At the beginning, yours probably won't look like this. But, what we're going to do, is you're going to start with the normal two ball pattern, but have three balls in your hands. Put two in your strong hand, one on your weak. You go, throw, throw, catch, catch. You see that beat, where my right hand was just sitting there, not doing anything? That's when you throw the third ball. So, what I want you to think about this time is just throwing three in a row. Instead of going throw, throw, catch, catch, I want you to just go, throw, throw, throw, and then try and catch them all. It'll be something like this, here watch, throw, throw, throw, like that. Now at first, your balls are going to go everywhere. You're going to drop some, they're going to go behind you, maybe in front of you, maybe way out there, that's right. What I want you to do is, just do three controlled throws at a time and try and get the all to be about the same height and right towards your hands. Keep the good posture going, keep the throws clean, and work on throw, throw, throw."
