"After you've mastered the one ball throw, when you've got it clean throws, about the same height every time and you never drop, what I want you to do is add a second ball. So now with this, you have one ball in each hand. Now, I don't want you to forget what you've been working on before. You need each throw to go up to the corner, catch on the outside, bring it back to the sides, and you need each throw to be about the same height, right around your forehead. What you're going to do, is it will be throw, throw, catch. catch. You want to make sure the timing holds steady. So I'll give you an example. This is what juggling with two balls should look like. It'll be throw, throw, catch, catch. Now when you do it, you definitely want the second throw to cross underneath the first. You don't want it to do something like this, you don't want to do that. Those are all different ways of juggling that we'll talk about later. To learn the basic three ball juggling pattern, it needs to be just like this, be throw, throw, catch, catch. You want to learn how to start with both hands, so if you're right handed, practice with your left hand, Start with your left hand first, go throw, throw, catch, catch. If you're left-handed, start with your right hand first. And as you get better at this, start doing it continuously, so it'll be throw, throw, catch, catch, throw, throw, catch, catch, throw, throw, catch, catch. And now I need you to practice this, until this is perfect, till you don't mess up, almost ever."
