"This is a continuation of how to juggle one ball correctly, when we learn how to juggle three. So, we have our box and we're throwing from the lower corner to the upper corner, catching on the outside and bringing back in. Now what you want to work on, is the timing of each throw. Now when you juggle three balls, each ball has a three beat pattern. So it will be throw, catch, throw, catch. One, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three. So you really want to make sure you get that timing right, because when you add the other two balls in, all those beats are going to be matched by your throwing and catching. So it should be, throw, catch, throw, catch, throw, catch, throw. Now this might take a little bit to get used to at first, I mean, when you first learn, you're going to be throwing it forward, you're going to be throwing it back, you're going to be throwing it way out here, and it's hard at first. But what I want you to do is, sit here, have good posture, and practice throwing this ball from one hand to the other, hitting that top corner of the box every time, and keeping it in pattern. One, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three, one. Just practice that."
