" Hi guys! My name is Jay and I am talking to you guys today on behalf of expertvillage.com. Today we are going to be talking about basic skills for hacky sacking or playing foot bag. First thing I want to tell you about is stretching. In the past I have pulled many muscles not stretching and it is not fun. What I would like to do is this real basic stretch where you bend over and touch your toes and you want to hold it there for about two seconds and then let go, you want to do that about 10 times, just to loosen up your muscle and loosen up everything that you have got down there, really you do not need to stretch your arms or anything, just your legs and you know every type of muscle you have down there you want to stretch it about two seconds and just see I am trying to touch the floor, if you cannot touch the floor, just try to touch your toes, you want to hold it there for two seconds and then let go, you want to spread out your legs and stretch every possible muscle you have got, because your will pull your muscles. It is just like anything else, just like running and karate, you know it does not seem like it would be that big of a deal, but you were doing a lots and lots of movement with this thing and you definitely want to be as stretched as possible. That is it for stretching."
