" Hi guys! My name is Jay and I am speaking to you guys today on behalf of expertvillage.com. Today we are going to be talking about basic skills for hacky sacking or foot bagging. We are going to be talking about good resting points between moves so that you do not lose your balance and you do not lose your rhythm. When you are playing foot bag, there is something called a rainbow, some people call it by a different name, but what it is it is a basic move where you go around in the circle, it is real simple to do and it gives you nice transition point. What that does is it helps you build confidence in your moves and it helps to start right after your move. For instance you are going to go around and you are going to stop and then you are going to be able to keep on going and stop and stop, that’s real good for learning how to transition in the next moves, how to build rhythm and how to impress your friends by such a easy move. That’s is all we have today for hacky sacking."
