" Hi guys! My name is Jay and I am talking to you guys today on behalf of expertvillage.com. I am going to be talking to you guys today about hacky sacking skills, real basic skills. We are going to talk about the foot delay or the foot stall, this is the most basic one, which is on the center part of your foot, you want to bring your foot down with the ball, you can hit the ball up a couple of times and then you stop and you kind of just set a stop point and you catch your balance, catch your breath and you can go on with your rhythm, this is the most basic stall move. If you cannot learn this stall forget it, you do not want to play hacky sack, I mean you should be able to get this kind of stall in one day, its real simple, you are going to bring your foot down with the ball, it is just like catching it with your hands, when you catch something you want to catch it and you want to sponge it in with a little bit of draw of your hand, same thing with your foot, you want to sponge it in, you want to sponge all the force and you got to bring your foot down with the ball, real simple, real simple. That is all we have for the outside foot stall."
