"Hi! My name is Jay and I am talking to you guys today on behalf of expertvillage.com. I am talking about basic skills on hacky sacking or foot bagging. Basically what I want to talk to you guys about is the outside foot delay, which is stalling or delaying the hacky sack or foot bag on the outside of your foot, just like that, this is a real fancy move, it is little harder than the inside foot delay or the regular foot delay, because the way your body is positioned, but what you want to do is you want to turn your opposite foot at an angle and then turn your whole body at an angle, that way your foot is right in front of your face, you do want it to be like this, what you want to do is you want to turn your whole body, delay it. To get used to this kind of move, you can stretch your muscles doing it because you are turning at such as quick pace whenever you are actually in the rhythm of playing hacky sack with people, like I said, you want to turn your body and stall it and it is a real simple move, real fancy, you can keep hitting it, it looks really good."
