" Hi guys! My name is Jay and I am talking to you guys today on behalf of expertvillage.com. I am going to talk to you guys about basic hacky sacking skills, basic foot bag skills whatever you want to call it. Today I am going to talk to you about the simplest move to do, which is the delay or some people call it the stall. This is called the inside foot stall or the inside foot delay, this is where you stop the ball on the inside center part of your foot, it goes like that and what you want do is you want to bring your foot up and you want to bring it as parallel as possible and as horizontal as possible. What you want to do is when the ball is in the air, you are going to bring your foot up, and you want the ball of your foot to drop with the ball at the same time kind of like that, that’s called the inside foot delay or the inside foot stall. Again you want to, when the ball is in the air catch it with the inside of your foot, center part of your foot and you want to bring it down with the ball, bring it down that’s is all we have today for the inside delay."
