I am going to be talking to you guys a little bit about how to achieve better hacky sacking or foot bag skills. One really good tip I am going to give you is always keep your eye on the ball or the foot bag, you always want to keep your eye on it, just like when you are playing baseball, football or basketball, you want to keep your eye on the ball, you never want to look away, you never want to look at somebody else, you just want to keep your eye on the ball and concentrate on the ball, it is very important when you are playing freestyle to do that because when you are free styling you know you are going out of pace and sometimes your body moves around in circles and you do all sorts of weird stuff. No matter what you are doing, you want to keep your eye on the ball, if you want to become better at hacky sacking and foot bagging just like anything else you want to keep your eye on the ball, I cant stress this enough, it is very, very, very important.
