"So we've added our fins to our model rocket. As we see. The next thing we're going to do is add what's called a launch lug. A launch lug is basically like a straw and what it does is, when you launch a model rocket, you need to put a rod through it to keep it stable for the first two or three feet of its flight. This we'll go over when we talk about how to launch a rocket. To mount the launch lug you clear a long line on the side your body tube. And you use your glue and I suggest putting a couple of drops of glue on the launch lug at a couple of points at each end preferably. Doesn't matter how far out you go, just put a couple of drops on there? And you take your launch lug and you apply it to your model along a line being as in line with the body tube as you can. And that's how you mount a launch lug."
