"Hi, I'm Jason, with expertvillage.com and today we're making a rock charm for a necklace. We've done all the grinding down, the shaping. We've done the edges, drilled the holes and I've talked about all of the polishing bits. And the first one we're going to use is the 220 grit. Now, with this, it's going to cut, but it's not going to cut as fast as the drilling bit, or the cutting bit that we used before. So this we still need to keep fairly wet. You don't want to apply a ton of pressure with this, you know, because it will still cut fairly fast. You just really want to go over the whole thing and take it one edge at a time and kind of work in a circular motion, back and forth. That will keep the surface smooth, and then you'll also have a guide of where you've been. So if you just kind of work around it like so, you know, on all of the edges, kind of like this. Go over them two or three times each and that way, when it dries off, after you're done with this we're going to do that same marking thing again. And we're going to do that all the way through until there are no more scratches. So do this... practice this a couple of times before you actually put your dermal on, turn it on, so that you can kind of get the feel of what you're going to do. Just kind of, you know, roll it around on the rock like this. Get comfortable with it and then we'll actually demonstrate it on the next step."
