"DUSTIN STAAT: Hi. I'm Dustin on behalf of Expert Village, and today I'm teaching you how to softmod an Xbox. In this segment, I'm showing you how to navigate your FTP program to download the needed software. In this case, we'll be using my personal favorite FTP program, FlashFXP. Once you've entered the information from your IRC program into the FXP, you can go ahead and connect. Once connected, click "console-based applications," then "exploits," then "packages." From there, you can go ahead and go down to "softmod installer deluxe." Then go ahead and double-click on "Softmod.Installer.Deluxe.v2.0.Xbox-Hq.rar." This is the file you're going to need to softmod your Xbox. In our next segment, I'm going to show you how to load the software on your Xbox, changing the operating system."
