"EMIL LAMPRECHT: The next trick I'm going to show you is called the reverse catch. It looks like this. That's reverse catch. Now, the reason it's called the reverse catch is because well, your hands are not clamping in a reverse position. Your arms are crossed and you're clamping the center box towards the center like this, obviously, very different than any of this stuff. Now, it's slightly akin to reverse grips. So, if you're having trouble with this clamp, try doing a bunch of reverse grip stuff. You can try snatching reverse grip. It may help you. Now, there's a number of different ways to get to a reverse grip. The one I just demonstrated is to take your outside box, shift it all the way over while your other hand switches hands or the box and then it comes like this. So, if I were to show you on the ground, starting position, switch position, clamp. Now, it helps if you can push these boxes a little bit this way. This is where your side momentum practice comes in again so that they're--it's easier to get your hand around the other side. You want to avoid when doing it hefting to dip your shoulder because as you're lifting, if you dip your shoulder, you're likely to throw off the lift. So, again, like this. There's a number of different ways to get out of this grip. My favorite is simply to launch the box, the center box upward, switch grip and catch like that again. That's a reverse catch."
