EMIL LAMPRECHT: I've taken this clip to, specifically, talk about the importance of warming up and drilling, especially, when juggling with clubs and doing advanced tricks, and then moving to greater number of objects. It's very important to be properly warmed up, not because there's a great risk of injury, but because your muscles need to warm up, to adapt to the memory that you're teaching them or having them use. So, some basic things to remember are just, of course, drilling posture is when you're practicing the breakdown of tricks or etcetera, keep your posture good, your feet parallel, shoulders back, all of that. And also, do drills that are difficult or dynamic to get yourself warmed up for your next trick. It's really just about adapting your body to being able to juggle. The juggling throw is not something that your muscles are really used to doing, and even as you get to the point where you're able to juggle five balls and more, and four clubs and more, etcetera, your arms are probably still not fully adapted to moving in that way as compared to throwing this way for instance. So, do what you can whether it's push ups or reps with light dumbbells or something to prepare for your juggling practice time, to effectively get your muscles in gear and ready to go, aside from that, happy juggling.
