"EMIL LAMPRECHT: Now we're going to go over a trick that I like to call three box rolling. It's not very complicated but can add a certain level of visual aesthetic and complication to a routine or a series of tricks. In slow motion, the three box roll looks like this. Now, basically, all you're doing is switching your grip while balancing boxes. If done big, it can look pretty interesting, though, and can kind of add an interesting dynamic. This also gives you your first taste of balancing stacked boxes which later on becomes pretty important as you move on to more advanced cigar box tricks. Now, again, to try to break it down in slow motion for you, three box roll goes like this: lift up with your dominant or non-dominant hand, it doesn't really matter, let go so that the stacked boxes are balanced, switch grip on the bottom box, and as this box falls, grab it and reclamp. Again. Again, the bigger you get, the more interesting it looks, so do what you can starting small and then add size. It helps to be able to do this is in both directions. I won't demonstrate it because I'll probably drop."
