"EMIL LAMPRECHT: Now, I've gone over some body placement things; the head stall is one of them. Now we're going to play a little more with body bounces. There's a lot of possibilities for body bounces. You have elbows, knees, feet, your head, all sorts of things. So you can do things like bounce it off there, or pop it out of the inside of your elbow. If you're good at hacky sack, this is a great way to add to the three-ball dynamic. Basically, just think of it as taking one ball and not catching it but keeping it in the air somehow. So, if I were to do that in pattern, you can do it constantly. You can do it on the outside, on the inside of your elbow. You can pop it. You can hacky sack it. You can place it. You can bounce it off your head. Yeah, the possibilities really are endless. If you get really good, you can hacky sack every throw, which is kinda cool. The same goes for knees, to add it with placements and other tricks. It's a great thing to kind of mix in if you're trying to create kind of a big visual effect with lots of different tricks. Body bounces are a great addition to that type of thing."
