"Now for this clip we're going to talk about body throws. Now body throw with rings are very, very difficult, especially when you're doing more than three. Your basic under the leg is pretty simple, but even things like under the arm get complicated because of the way you have to snatch one end of the ring or one side of the ring. Now back cross isn't such and especially over the shoulder get very interesting because you have to change your hand position. For an over the shoulder throw, you need to usually or most people anyway line their finger along the rim so they can kind of use it to jut the ring upwards. For a back cross you almost have to travel as far as you do a ball but use a lot of strength to really propel the ring upwards. All body throws with rings take a little bit different dynamic. With clubs you usually have a general grip that you can maintain. With balls it's always just in your hand. But with rings the way your fingers are holding on to the rim, make a huge difference in how the ring is released. So just playing around with things I'm not particularly good with body throws with rings, but you may find that it's easier for you than for me and I suggest just following through with that. Good luck."
