"EMIL LAMPRECHT: The next trick is another body throw, "under the leg." This is every juggler's favorite or at least it was mine. All you're going to do is lift up your leg and make the throw under it. Now, a lot of people get this wrong. It takes some strength, speed and flexibility to get your legs up, but it's a lot easier to bring your leg up to your throw than your throw down to your leg. Do you remember that problem with leading that some of you had? If you go like this, you're going to throw that way because you've now taught yourself to throw parallel to your body, so bring your leg up to your body, just one throw at a time, and then on the other side. And then, if you can, work to get juggler's tennis with under the leg. Tennis refers to one ball doing the trick every time. If you're really good and really agile and very fast, you can do everies but it gets a little frantic."
