"EMIL LAMPRECHT: The next trick I'm going to show you is called "reverse chops". Now, I've shown you how to chop which is going through the center of your pattern downward. Reverse chop is the same thing only in reverse. You're going to take a ball and exaggerate the circle that your arm naturally makes throwing and catching a ball in a cascade and bringing up in a big wide circle like that. Now, I cheated little bit to kind of show you the circle of the trick. It's very hard to do one of these at a time, it will be very small, and so you can start doing it every throw. This is a hard trick to teach and a hard trick to articulate but not a hard one to understand visually. When doing this one at a time, your hand can't do much,k so it may just help to learn just making big and crazy movements with your arms in between throws. To help that, I kind of play around with throwing one high and just going like this. Getting used to coordination and placement of hands especially when throwing high throws will help a lot in developing your ability to pull off tricks like side circles, under the arm, chops, reverse chops, others that I'll show you and then combining them."
