"In this clip I'm going to introduce you to head in. Now the term head in for me just reverse to putting a ring over and on your head and taking it off. Now this is a very versatile trick, you can use it in pattern to switch the number of objects you're juggling or to simply exchange a ring to the hand in a different way. But you can also use it in a finishing move but juggling a cascade and ending with all rings around your neck. From here you can pop them off over the top of your head and number of other things. To practice head in, practice just very quickly putting it over your head. Now, a lot of times you'll tend to hit the bridge of your nose when trying to do it in pattern because you'll be looking up. Think about just coming down along the back crown of your head so that you dodge your face. There's no reason to bloody your nose or bruise an eye just to juggle rings properly. So that and that. Taking it off takes much more practice than putting it on. It helps if you just practice one ring closing your eyes, going from a normal stance and trying to grab the ring and take it off. It takes a lot of speed to get a ring off within pattern and then put it back on immediately after. In juggling three rings, just try throwing one or two rings, snapping it on your head and stopping. Eventually snapping it off as well."
