"EMIL LAMPRECHT: This next trick is notated 741, but there's another kind of stacking-like trick. The difference in this trick that most of the others that you've probably learned is that you need a transition throw to get from your basic fountain pattern to the trick and then back out of it. This is not a trick that you can just throw into from basic pattern. In this case, the transition throw will be a side swap five or a kind of medium height cascade throw. To get back out of it, you might have seen that I also threw a five. Otherwise, I would end up with three balls in one hand. You want to throw the five, followed right by the seven, and into the four-one portion of it. And then, once you've gotten one rotation or two rotations, throw a five to get back out of it at the end of the trick and return to your basic fountain pattern. That's 741."
