"EMIL LAMPRECHT: The next trick I'm going to show you is your first body throw. Now, body throws are any type of throw that involve you putting your arm in a position that's different to get it around a body part. This includes under the leg, back crosses, around the head and in this case, under the arm. Now, it's a pretty simple throw. All you're doing is taking one hand and one ball and throwing it under your arm. Now, the difference is that obviously, you're not throwing across anymore, you're throwing straight up, so it helps to start with one ball and just get used to doing this. If you're confident with your three-ball pattern, it shouldn't be too hard to get your hand to just throw the one throw. Now, a lot of people will get very tight and do it kind of in here. Try to keep your shoulders back, your head up and make sure you have a nice big throw so that it's interesting in the big visual. This trick leads into a lot of others so it's a good one to get down. Start one at a time first. And then move into constants. Again, short controlled runs are better; it helps you develop the trick."
