"In this clip I'm going to talk a little bit about finger spinning which is a pretty important trick for rings. Obviously it only works if you're sideways to whoever is watching you. And that's really just it, being able to do this. Now it helps to be able to do this the other way continuously and do it blind or looking up that way, so if you're to be throwing other things either in this hand or back and forth, you can do that. The other thing is you want to practice just being able to do just very short quick one ring, one ring flips. That way if you're juggling in pattern you can do this in between time. Much like with clubs, you would do a thumb spin or a flare, this is kind of the same affect. If you can do it in both hands, just with one ring, you can create very cool interesting affects. Whether they're going the same direction alternating, or opposite directions. And then there's other spinning options as well. But that's a good place to start is just getting really used to spinning tight and fast, one rotation spins on each finger."
