"EMIL LAMPRECHT: This next trick is a four-ball version of the three-ball box. Now, it's very complicated because, basically, you have to stack on each side to get a proper box effect. Some people do this by just throwing sixes on each side, so you have a rotation instead of a stack but in my opinion, to have a real box, you need to have the height. I'll do one short demonstration to give you an idea. That's what the trick should look like. Now, because you're throwing very high straight throws, first of all, you don't want the sun in your eye. Second of all, you want to make sure you have a high ceiling so you can actually give yourself enough time to track the ball and recover from it. Because the difference in height between the stack throws is so extreme, you'll need to look down and then back up. So you'll need to work, practicing your very high straight throws first, practice enlarging your box and shrinking it to different sizes so you get used to that exchange and then just practicing that on your side. Good luck."
