"EMIL LAMPRECHT: The purpose of this clip is to introduce you to Body Throws, kind of more overall. Now, in past series, I've showed you basic ones like Under the Arm and Under the Leg. But Body Throws are very wide-range of tricks. They include things like Backcrosses, Over the Shoulder catches and throws. They also can include Up to the Head, Around the Head, Reverse Backcrosses and various other blind tricks which are very difficult. Now, in the following clips, I'm going to show you things like Backcrosses and some of the other ones I've just mentioned. They all have a very basic structure, which is always get the tricks down with one object first without moving your body. Learning a Backcross is learning to do a Backcross like this, not like that. The second you start acting to do this to throw and catch a Backcross is going to be near impossible to do it with three objects. So the breakdown is the same for all of those. Some of them are harder than others. I find ones that go around or two anywhere behind me much more difficult, usually because you don't have the visual reference. Things, however, that involve your head are also very difficult because your hand has to travel very far to get to the catching point. It changes every person which ones are more difficult. We'll go over some of them and then always, you know, look up others and try some of your own."
