"Hi. I'm Chrissy Lyons and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to share with you some creative ideas for gift baskets. And I don't only mean baskets. You'll see. First and foremost while we're talking about baskets let's look at a perfect gift basket. Back in the day gift baskets were just that. Baskets that we'd use that had either one big compartment or several with stuffing?s and lots of little areas for goodies that we'll put in a little while. That's one. Then to be more creative how about a mixing bowl. Ever think of that? Perfect thing for a gift basket for those who love to cook, those who love to have fun in the kitchen and it looks really cute. You'll see what we do with that one. Then here's another idea. Actually another part of the gift is a big glass bowl on its own serving platter. That'll come out really pretty and very festive once you put all the goodies in there. Something else you can do when you're choosing your gift basket idea is to actually consider the person that you're giving the gift basket to. Consider their interests. What they like. Their hobbies. Foods. All kinds of ideas. There's really no limit to what you can do with these babies. Then, how about a good old fancy box. These things are cute and you can pick them up at T.J. Maxx or Ross and they're also inexpensive. They're decorative in themselves and after you've had your goodies in there you can also put them in the house. Sometimes you'll find up towels and ideas in the bathrooms and they also look pretty. There's that idea. Then we've got another basket. A little fancier yet. This one we're going to save for a special occasion. But it's got it's own decoration and can be used again later, too. We're going to get going filling up these babies with lots of goodies. Watch out for segment 2 when we take individual baskets and mix and match what we're going to do."
