"COSTA WAEZ: Now, I'm going to talk to you about the charcoal, which is the key in the hookah. The charcoal, when you light it, you have to put it on top of that foil, which going to heat the tobacco. And the tobacco go through the filter, the water, and get it filtered before it come to your lung, and then, you enjoy smoking. Now, there is too many kind of charcoals. The first one is--all traditional one is when they first made it from wood, and only simply wood. Now, because the commercial and industrial and for safety reason, they use this type of charcoal that easy to replace. You can just us the tong, you can use the lighter, and you can just light it like that, and you see it sparkling. And if--I don't know if you can see it sparkling in our camera, as soon as it finished sparkling, you can place it on the hookah, and wait for two seconds, and will be ready to be smoked. Opa! That's good! WOMAN: Right. COSTA WAEZ: Opa! WOMAN: Opa! MAN: How long? How long will it burn? COSTA WAEZ: And that would be about 20 minutes [INDISCERNIBLE] easy."
